We don’t offer change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email nic@brats.pet within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and may offer a repair, replacement or refund.

For approved claims, Brats Pet covers reasonable return postage. We’ll provide a prepaid label where practical; otherwise, we’ll reimburse an agreed tracked service. Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is required, send it within 7 calendar days after approval using the return address and instructions we provide. Approved returns are sent to Thailand.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
